The Book of Remembrance, which includes the Yizkor Service, lists the names of your loved ones who have gone to their eternal home. The cost for each listing is $25.00.

This year it will be available for distribution to congregants attending services at MJC, and will also appear as a PDF on our website.

In order to list the names of your loved ones, please complete the form by September 10, 2025. If you would like to know the names you listed in the Book of Remembrance last year, please send an email to jgluzman@merrickjc.org and the names will be emailed to you. Please note that we do not automatically reprint names. Only names submitted this year will be included.
