SEND-A-SEDER... (Virtually!) ...to a needy family. The local supermarkets are already filling up with Passover foods and we are asking your help to provide holiday foods for some needy or elderly people on Long Island who can’t buy their own. More families than ever need our help; this year we’ve been given even more names than in the past of people who need holiday food.

During COVID, we are not asking you to shop, help pack or deliver this food to those in need. We are asking you to make a simple online donation to enable Chesed to purchase supermarket gift cards to distribute to the many who need them.

Simply fill out the form below to ensure that those in need can celebrate the beauty and spirit of the Passover Seder. All donations must be received by March 15 so the cards can be distributed.

We know our congregation will, once again, come through for the needy. Thanks from the Chesed Committee for your enthusiastic participation!
