Youth Group Trip Sign Up - 2025-2026

We’re thrilled to offer Youth Group members exciting opportunities to connect and engage through off-site trips!

Please note that the only trip that is included in Youth Group membership is the first Bowling Trip in September. Additional trips throughout the year are not included in Youth Group dues and will incur an additional fee per trip, as listed below. Parents are responsible for providing transportation for their child(ren) to and from each trip.

Please select the trip you are signing your child(ren) up for. Please indicate the number of children you are registering for each trip listed.  Make sure to complete the waiver for this registration.
I understand that photos and/or videos may be taken by MJC at this event that may be used for promotional purposes in emails, on social media, and in print. I hereby grant permission for such use, and I hereby release the Merrick Jewish Centre, and its officers and directors, from any claims and liability that may arise from use of said photographs and/or videos. If I decide to not allow photos or videos of me or my child(ren) to be used I understand that I need to contact MJC at comms@mjc.org within 24 hours of the event ending.
